2024 Blog Welcome

It’s June 2024. Welcome to our new website! This website will be a blog to record and share our progress with our frangipani collection.

We have two other websites (see Sitemap for links) which both have online shops. One is our “plants” website which shows varieties that we have in stock for less than 1m tall plants. Our other website is our “tree” website which shows frangipani trees, 1m and taller, that are available for purchase (until sold). Each tree is individually numbered and priced.

We used to have our “collection blog” on our plants website but I felt it wasn’t suitable for customers wanting to purchase to see varieties which are not for sale. Our plant website focuses only on our varieties that we have sufficient enough to sell.

We also have a website that is dedicated to wide range of Questions and Answers relating to frangipanis.

2022 October

Welcome to Frangipanis.au, that’s right no “.com” in it!
.au domain names (domain dot au) have just become available this year and since we are the current owners of Frangipanis.com.au, we had priority access to this domain name.

If .au domain names become widely used, we will be encouraged to make this our main website otherwise, we will probably use it focus on and expand one section of our other websites and, hopefully, be able to declutter our other websites.

2017 September

Our NEW online shop is now fully functioning and able to accept orders. We have just finished uploading our 15 most favourite frangipani varieties. Most varieties show only a few available sizes however if you would like a particular size which is not listed, please contact us.

We have many frangipanis that are ready for sale and many that will be ready soon that are not listed on this website.

We still have not decided on how best to display current photos of our available frangipani plants yet but we’ve narrowed our options down to three. We have the option to add additional photos to each online shop section. We also have the option to email photos after receiving preliminary orders.

The third option, and our exciting new project, is to create a blog with a page for each frangipani variety. While this might be a good way to show our available frangipanis, it might turn out to be a place for us to just show off our all our frangipani plants.

Welcome to our new website.  osCommerce has served us well for the last five years but we’ve decided to upgrade. Our new web design will allow people to view our website on smart phones, tablets and other mobile devices. Recreating and improving our website will be an ongoing process. If you have any suggestions to help us make it better for people like you, please let us know.
